Dog Walks
Available in 30-, 60-, 90-, and 120-minute increments, this is ideal for dogs that need multiple walks daily or weekly walks. All visits in a pack are the same length as the pack you buy. Pre-pay for a package to guarantee priority and save more than buying a single walk.
Book at least 24 hours ahead, subject to availability.

Other Animals
Owners provide all food, supplies, and clear written care instructions.
Heat lamps, tanks, and cages must be in safe working order and set up before the visit.
Live or frozen feeding, medication, and deep cleaning are quoted as specialty care.
Add-ons are billed per day, not per visit.
If your pet isn't listed, please inquire. Care is only provided to non-aggressive or non-venomous animals.
Dog Walks & Drop-Ins
Original Overnight
For stable pets that can be alone for 8 hours between potty breaks, don't need significant supervision, and are in good health. Includes walks, meals, daily water refresh, and litter box cleaning.
Overnight hours: 10 pm - 8 am; return between 4 pm- 7 pm; feeding/walk/play
Overnight stays are performed at the client’s home. This ensures that your pet(s) have a routine, consistency, security, and companionship throughout the night. Overnights are not 24-hour home stays.
Based on your pet’s needs, routines, health concerns, or need for increased supervision, we can arrange full-day coverage for an additional cost. This is ideal for high-volume households, medically limited pets, pets that cannot be left alone, puppies and kitties, or pets with anxiety.
Overnight Plus
24-hour coverage. Ideal for high-volume pet households and pets that cannot be left alone for more than 2 hours. Perfect for kittens, puppies, and senior pets that need constant supervision and medications.
Overnights Savings
Packages are for 5, 10, or 20 consecutive nights in a single household booking.
Holiday nights are billed at the holiday rate (Cats $85, Dogs $95, Multi-pets $140) with no package discount, but they count toward your stay length.
Pet fees (additional pets and exotic pets) are billed at the regular rate and aren't discounted.
If you shorten or extend your stay, nights are billed at the regular nightly rate unless the total reaches a package size.
Packages can't be split, shared, or combined with other discounts.
A 50% deposit holds your dates. The balance is due 7 days before your stay.

Medication Administration
Oral/ear drops - $7 per dose

Emergency Cancellations
Cancellations are based on the first scheduled start date of services, not the time of day.
Dog Walking and Drop-Ins:
0-24 hours before scheduled service: 100% service rate
(no waiver)48 hours before scheduled service: 50% service rate
Pet Care Overnight(s):
0-24 hours before scheduled booking: 100% service rate (no waiver).
48-72 hours before first day of booking: 50% of the canceled dates. This applies to partial and full pet sitting bookings.
During an active pet sitting booking: 100% for any canceled portion of the visit, even if part of the booking is affected.
Client Emergency Cancellations
Life happens. Sudden illness, family and home emergencies, and flight cancellations happen. Depending on the circumstances, clients may be eligible to receive a reduced cancellation fee or a full waiver, one time per year.
Weather and Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure or weather, including power outages, severe storms, evacuations, or other obstacles that prevent safe service, clients may be partially charged.
More than 12+ hours before service: No charge
Less than 12 hours before service: Client is charged 50% if service(s) can’t be done safely.
